MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs announced Friday that Maj. Gen. Paul Knapp, Wisconsin’s adjutant general, has named Greg Engle as acting administrator of the Division of Wisconsin Emergency Management (WEM), effective immediately.
