Any plans, maps, studies, assessments, reports, or other grant deliverables must be submitted to Wisconsin Emergency Management prior to grant closeout. For Implementation Grants, please also include photos of the completed project as well as any photos you would like to share of the site before the project or during the implementation. Please submit files to DMAWEMHazardMitigation@widma.gov or for very large files, contact WEM staff at that email to arrange a file transfer.
