Communities across southern Wisconsin continue to respond to flooding, while additional rain in the forecast could add to already swollen rivers. The National Weather Service says rainfall totals of 1-3 inches are possible across southern Wisconsin through Monday night. Strong thunderstorms are also possible Sunday afternoon and evening. Flash flood watches across the region have been cancelled, after rainfall totals Friday night were lower than expected.
