Thunderstorms are expected in northern Wisconsin by early evening, then drift south, possibly reaching southern Wisconsin toward midnight. The storms could be strong enough to produce severe weather over the northern half of the state this evening, but should weaken or dissipate by the time they reach the wet areas in southern Wisconsin. Conditions in southern Wisconsin should be dry through Tuesday with cooler temperatures, with the next chance for rain on Wednesday.
