Heavy rains continued to move across southern Wisconsin today. Since 8:00 a.m., some areas have received ½ to 1 ½” of rain. Tonight through Tuesday, the heavy rains are expected in central and northeast Wisconsin where some areas could receive 2-4” of rain. Elsewhere, the southern areas could receive less than 1-2”.
