MADISON – Governor Scott Walker announced today the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has approved his request for federal low-interest disaster loans for individuals and businesses affected by flooding in southeastern Wisconsin last month. MADISON – Governor Scott Walker issued Executive Order #249 today declaring a State of Emergency for 17 counties following torrential rains that have fallen over western Wisconsin in the last few days. Several counties have been dealing with floods and additional potential heavy rains tonight could cause even more damage.
