MADISON – Governor Scott Walker today joined General Donald Dunbar at the 6th Annual Governor’s Cyber Security Summit. The summit brings together experts to discuss the importance of cyber security.
“Wisconsin has shown we are ready for cyber threats,” said Governor Walker. “Our state is a national leader and cyber security is a key facet of our State Emergency Response Plan. Our summit today is an opportunity to share what our state is doing to keep citizens safe with community and business leaders from across Wisconsin.”
The Governor’s Cyber Security Summit is held annually to bring together government, industry, business, and academics leaders to collaborate on ways to fight ongoing cyber-attacks and tackle current threats.
