MADISON -- Governor Tony Evers has declared a State of Emergency for the entire state of Wisconsin in response to the ongoing winter storm and the pending dangerous wind chills that will blanket the state the rest of the week.
MADISON, Wis. — A major winter storm will impact most of southern Wisconsin beginning this morning, continuing throughout the day and evening, with some areas seeing double digit snowfall amounts. Following the snow, bitter Arctic air will cover the state, bringing some of the coldest temperatures in the last few years.
MADISON – Governor Scott Walker today sent a letter to President Donald Trump requesting a federal disaster declaration for multiple Wisconsin counties damaged by flooding and severe storms that impacted the state between August 17, 2018, and September 14, 2018.
COON VALLEY – Wisconsin homeowners and businesses impacted by the recent flooding will be eligible for financial assistance for repair, cleanup and other costs under two new programs that will provide up to $4 million in funding, Governor Scott Walker announced today.
